Arvind Ltd Arvind has today 21 February 2025, allotted 50,000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2021 (ESOS 2021) pursuant to exercise of stock options.
Bajaj Holdings Bajaj Holdings & Investment announced that the Board of its listed subsidiary, Maharashtra Scooters in the meeting held on 21 February 2025 has noted the closure of Factory/Plant situated at C1, MIDC, Satara 415 004, considering the non-viability of manufacturing operations.

The Board also approved the transfer of leasehold rights in the Factory land admeasuring approximately 50 acres along with sale of machineries and spares situated at C1, MIDC, Satara – 415004, for which the company has received a No Objection Certificate from MIDC.

DIC India DIC India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 February 2025, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 4 per equity Share (i.e. 40%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
GE Shipping Co

Great Eastern Shipping Company (G E Shipping) delivered its 2011 built Supramax dry bulk carrier “Jag Rishi” to the buyers. The vessel was contracted for sale in January 2025.

Excluding Jag Rishi, company's current fleet stands at 38 vessels, comprising 26 tankers (5 Crude carriers, 17 Product carriers, 4 LPG carriers) and 12 dry bulk carriers (2 Capesize, 8 Kamsarmax, 2 Supramax) aggregating 3.04 Mn dwt.

Zensar Tech. The Board of Zensar Technologies at its meeting held on 20 February 2025 has approved the appointment of Kaushik Chatterjee, as Senior Vice President and Head Africa (Senior management personnel) of the Company effective from 01 April 2025. The Board also approved the appointment of Anshul Srivastav, as Senior Vice President and Head Europe (Senior management personnel) of the Company effective from 01 April 2025.
Castrol India Castrol India announced that the 47th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 25 March 2025.
Windsor Machines Windsor Machines has allotted 78,18,608 equity shares on conversion of equivalent number of warrants. Post conversion, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 16,89,56,636/- consisting of 8,44,78,318 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs 2/- each.

Can Fin Homes The Board of Can Fin Homes has approved the proposal for Selection of IBM India as System Integrator for Supply, Implementation and Maintenance of Core Business Solution, Infrastructure and Security Solution at Can Fin Homes through Circular Resolution on 20 February 2025. The size of the contract is Rs 296.95 crore for entire contract period of 7 years.
