SHIKHAR LEASING & TRADING LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/08/2024 inter alia to consider and approve Further to our letter dated 1st August 2024 intimating about the date of the Board Meeting for considering inter alia unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2024 to be held on 13th August 2024 and in terms of Regulation 29 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that in the said meeting the Board of Directors of the Company will also consider inter alia issue of bonus equity shares to public Equity shareholders with Promoters/ Promoter Group foregoing their entitlements in order to achieve the Minimum Public Shareholding requirements of 25% and to comply with SEBI Order in this behalf. Further please be informed that in accordance with the Companys code of conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by insiders and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading window of the Company will remain closed with immediate effect and shall re-open only after 15th August 2024.
