In response to clarification sought on Price Movement of Companys Share price on your exchange kindly note that the same are purely due to market conditions and apparently market driven on which the Company neither has any control nor has knowledge of reasons thereof and since the shares of the Company are freely traded on the exchange platform the Company has no comment to offer on the movement of price of its security. Further intimation of events and information which may have an impact on the operation and performance of the Company which include price sensitive information and such disclosures as required pursuant to provision of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 have been made.
