Pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we would like to inform you that Mr. Ashley Michael Roy vide his letter dated November 30 2024 has tendered his resignation as Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from the close of the business hours on November 30 2024 and consequently he ceased to be a Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from close of business hours on November 30 2024. Subsequent to his resignation as Chief Executive Officer of the Company he will also cease to be a Key Managerial Personnel ('KMP) under the provision of Section 203 of the Companies Act 2013 and under Regulation 30(5) for determining the materiality of any event or transaction for making required disclosures to the Exchange.
