Hubtown Limitedh Schedule III, Part A, Para B, Clause 11 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Hubtown Limited ( the Company ) has provided a Corporate Guarantee to Gopani Realty LLP ( GRL ), for securing Financial Assistance availing by Rare Townships Private Limited (RTPL), Subsidiary of the Company for an amount not exceeding Rs. 40,00,00,000/- (Rupees Forty Crores only). Further, as per the requirements provided under the master circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 issued by the Securities Exchange Board of India, the disclosures is provided as per attached letter.
