Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A Para A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that Mr. Sadanand Sitaram Lad has resigned from the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company with effect from the closure of business hours on December 16, 2024.As per the requirement of Regulation 30 (6) read with Schedule III, Para A, Clause 7 and 7C of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Master Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, the details are mentioned in the attached intimation in respect of resignation of Mr. Sadanand Lad.
