The Board of Directors in its meeting held on 4th March 2025 has approved acquiring 1150000 (Eleven Lakh Fifty Thousand) Equity Shares Warrant having face value of Rs. 221/- each amounting to overall consideration of INR 254150000/- (Twenty Five Crore Forty One Lakh Fifty Thousand Only) by way of subscribing to the Private Placement offer of Jainam Ferro Alloys (I) Limited.
