Deep Industries announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Deep Onshore Services has acquired 100% stake in Dolphin Offshore Shipping in terms of the NCLT approved resolution plan. Pursuant to the acquisition, Dolphin Offshore Shipping has become the step down subsidiary of Deep Industries.
