Initial public issue of 43,83,600 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each ("Equity Shares") of C2C Advanced Systems Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. [*] per equity share including a share premium of Rs. [*] per equity share (the "Issue Price") aggregating to Rs. [*] crores ("The Issue") of which 2,19,600 equity shares aggregating to Rs.
