Initial public offering of 75,000,000* equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each ("Equity Shares") of Bharti Hexacom Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 570 per equity share ("Offer Price") aggregating to Rs. 4275.00 crores* (the "Offer") comprising an offer for sale of 75,000,000* equity shares aggregatingto Rs. 4275.00 crores* by Telecommunications Consultants India Limited ("Selling Shareholder") (the "Offer for Sale").
