Initial public issue of up to 34,99,200 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each ("Equity Shares") of Apex Ecotech Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. [*] per equity share including a share premium of Rs. [*] per equity share (the "Issue Price") aggregating up to Rs. [*] crores ("The Issue") of which up to 2,00,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs.
