Punj Lloyd Limited has informed the Exchange about Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process : Pursuant to Regulation 30 (2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the requirements of of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 , we wish to inform you regarding the outcome of the 16th Stakeholders Consultation Committee Meeting (SCC) of Punj Lloyd Ltd. held on October 09, 2024. The SCC Meeting held on its scheduled date and time was adjourned by the members to be held on October 11, 2024 at 10.30 A.M. In the Adjourned Meeting of SCC, The Liquidator (LQ) of the Company discussed with the SCC members regarding the sale process involved in the Liquidation of the Company on going concern basis. Thereafter the LQ of the Company discussed the way forward to complete the above said process.
