Pursuant to reg 33 and 30 of SEBI (LODR) regulations 2015 we wish to inform that the board of directors at its meeting held today i.e on Saturday 8th February 2025 had interalia considered transacted and approved the the following items of business: 1. Approved the Unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31.12.2024. 2. Take on record the limited review report received from the statutory auditors of the company for the quarter and nine months ended 31.12.2024. We wish to inform that the company has not issued any Non convertible Debt securities Non convertible redeemable preference shares and commercial papers or any other instruments of similar nature and as such the SEBI Circular dated November 13 2020 is not applicable to the company.
