Pursuant to SEBI (LODR) Regualtions 2015 we wish to inform you that the Company has received an email dated June 28 2024 from BSE Limited with respect to fine payable by the Company for delayed submission of Related Party Transactions for the half year ended on March 31 2024 under Regulation 23(9) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015. It is hereby informed that the Company has promptly paid Rs. 5900/- (inclusive of GST) towards the fine imposed July 13 2024 to BSE Ltd vide Transaction ID: S92865109 and Transaction ID: S93367487. Further we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors have reviewed the matter and noted that the delay in submission was a result of inadvertent interpretation of regulatory requirements.
