KFin Technologies' corporate office will relocate to Telangana, effective December 1, 2026

Anantam Highways Trust informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that KFin Technologies Limited, the registrar and transfer agent (RTA) for the Trust, will change its corporate office address to 6, 23, 24, 25th Floor, South Tower, Rajapushpa West Avenue, survey No. 115, Kokapet, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana - 500075, with effect from December 01, 2026, superseding the current address at Selenium Tower B, Plot No. 31 & 32, Gachibowli, Financial District, Nanakramguda, Serilingampally, Hyderabad - 500032; the Registered Office of KFin Technologies Limited remains unchanged.
