Manba Finance Limited will consider the declaration of a second interim dividend for the financial year 2026-27 and a fresh issue of debt securities up to Rs 200 crore via private placement at a board meeting scheduled for October 27, 2026, with November 06, 2026, set as the potential record date for dividend entitlement; the company has also closed its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives/dependents from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the meeting’s results are made public.
