Kamdhenu Ventures invests Rs 765 million in subsidiary Kamdhenu Colour and Coatings Limited

Kamdhenu Ventures Limited announced that its Investment Committee approved an investment of Rs 7,65,00,000 in its wholly owned subsidiary, Kamdhenu Colour and Coatings Limited (KCCL), through a rights issue of 2,125 equity shares at a price of Rs 36,000 per share. KCCL, incorporated on November 16, 2019, is engaged in the decorative paint business and reported a turnover of Rs 24,526.25 lakh for the financial year 2025-26, and the acquisition is expected to be completed on or before November 16, 2026.
