Hexagon Nutrition Limited convened an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, via video conference to address matters including the appointment of Mr. Arun Purushottam Kelkar as Executive Director and Chairman, and approvals related to remuneration for Mr. Kelkar and Managing Director Vikram Kelkar, as detailed in a notice circulated to shareholders on October 6, 2026. The meeting, chaired by Dr. Nikhil Kelkar and later by Mr. Keval Shah for specific agenda items, was attended by 49 members via video conference and one member physically, with voting conducted electronically and scrutinized by Ms. Rachana Shanbhag of D.
