Atpole Technologies acquires BTM Mobility for Rs 51,000, expanding Bondada’s EV presence

Bondada Engineering Limited announced that its subsidiary, Atpole Technologies Private Limited, has acquired BTM Mobility Private Limited, formerly known as Thuraga Motors Private Limited, for a cash consideration of 5,100 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each, representing 51% ownership. BTM Mobility Private Limited, incorporated on September 16, 2025, manufactures and assembles electric two-wheelers and related components, aligning with the Bondada Group’s strategic expansion into the electric vehicle segment and supporting the Government of India's Viksit Bharat and Make in India initiatives.
