Electrosteel Castings to review financial results at a board meeting November 13, 2026

Electrosteel Castings Limited will hold a board meeting on Friday, November 13, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, the company said in a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The trading window for company securities has been closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives since October 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are submitted to the stock exchanges.
