Maruti Infrastructure to review financial results at board meeting November 5, 2026

Maruti Infrastructure Limited will hold a board meeting on Thursday, November 5, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, the company said in a filing to the BSE Limited. The trading window for company directors, key managerial personnel, connected persons, designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the unaudited financial results are declared.
