IREDA to review financial results at board meeting on October 19, 2026

Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA) will hold a board meeting on October 19, 2026, to consider and approve the audited financial results (standalone & consolidated) and audited financial statements (standalone & consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI regulations. Trading window for the company’s securities was closed from October 1, 2026, and will remain so until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
