Info Edge divests stakes in Medcords and Unnati Online for roughly Rs 5000 crore each

Info Edge (India) Ltd. announced divestments of its stakes in Medcords and Unnati Online Private Limited, selling shares to Mr. Shreyans Mehta, Director and Promoter of Medcords, and Mr. Eral Ravi and Mr. Aashutosh Chaudhary, Directors and Promoters of Unnati Online, respectively, for approximately Rs 5000 crore each. The company has also approved an investment of up to Rs 150 crore in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Redstart Labs (India) Limited, to meet working capital needs and explore investment opportunities. The divestments and investment are expected to be completed by January 27, 2027.
