Mukta Arts Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, issued a certificate under Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming the handling of securities received for dematerialisation and noting that no requests were received from shareholders during that period.
