Transwarranty Finance Limited will hold a board meeting on October 29, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, as well as the issuance of unlisted non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis and the raising of funds by way of issuance of equity shares on a preferential basis. The trading window for dealing in securities of Transwarranty Finance Limited, which was closed from October 1, 2026, will remain closed for all Connected/Designated Persons until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results.
