Ester Industries Limited will close its trading window for company shares from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s “Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders.”
