Finolex Industries Limited will hold a board meeting on October 30, 2026, to approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the trading window for company insiders will open 48 hours after the results are declared.
