JITF Infralogsistics Limited will hold a board meeting on Thursday, November 5, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing. Trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed for 48 hours from the time of disclosure of the financial results to the stock exchanges, following a prior notification dated September 29, 2026.
