SBI Funds Management seeks approvals after entity’s removal from ‘Promoter Group’ category

SBI Funds Management Limited, a joint venture between SBI and AMUNDI, received a request from Amundi Asset Management to reclassify AIXIGO TR YAZILIM LIMITED SIRKETI from the ‘Promoter Group’ category, following the entity’s voluntary winding up, according to a regulatory filing on October 21, 2026. The company stated that AIXIGO TR YAZILIM LIMITED SIRKETI did not hold any shares in SBI Funds Management Limited and will seek necessary approvals from regulatory authorities including SEBI and stock exchanges.
