AFCOM Holdings closes securities trading window for insiders ahead of financial results

AFCOM HOLDINGS LIMITED informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for designated persons, connected persons, and their immediate relatives from October 01, 2026, until 48 hours from the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the period ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
