Kush Industries Limited, formerly known as SNS Textiles Limited, will hold a board meeting on October 31, 2026, to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as per Securities and Exchange Board of India regulations. The trading window for designated persons will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the results, following a previous notification on September 28, 2026.
