Orissa Metaliks Private Limited wins Future Enterprises’ Cluster 3 assets via resolution process

Future Enterprises Limited, under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process, informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that Orissa Metaliks Private Limited (“OMPL”) has been selected as the ‘Successful Resolution Applicant’ for Cluster 3 assets, following approval by the Committee of Creditors (CoC) with 93.26% voting share, pursuant to e-voting concluded on September 2, 2026.
