Fabino Enterprises Limited, formerly known as Fabino life sciences limited, has submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants Regulations) 2018, for the quarter ended September 30th, 2026, confirming that the company did not receive any requests for rematerialisation or dematerialisation during that period, as certified by Cameo Corporate Services Limited, the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), and Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd.
