CEAT Limited to review financial results and related report at October board meeting

CEAT Limited will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the period ending September 30, 2026, and to take on record the Limited Review Report thereon, according to a regulatory filing. The trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
