Dr. Agarwal’s Health Care Limited allotted equity shares to employees under its 2022 stock option scheme

Dr. Agarwal’s Health Care Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 18,200 equity shares to eligible employees and its subsidiary following the exercise of options under the Dr. Agarwal’s Health Care Limited – Employees Stock Option Scheme 2022. The allotment, made on October 20, 2026, increased the company's paid-up equity share capital from Rs 31,70,26,183 consisting of 31,70,26,183 equity shares to Rs 31,70,44,383 consisting of 31,70,44,383 equity shares.
