Paisalo Digital Limited revised disclosure shows 68,06,000 shares released to multiple entities

Santanu Agarwal has revised a disclosure regarding the release of pledged shares in Paisalo Digital Limited, correcting an earlier reporting error. The revised filing, submitted to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited on October 8, 2026, indicated that 68,06,000 shares were released, instead of the previously reported 69,06,000 shares. The releases, which occurred on September 4, 2026, were made to Bajaj Financial Securities Limited, Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited, IIFL Capital Services Ltd, and other entities, and were undertaken to avail a margin trading facility without transferring ownership or control of the shares.
