CDSL to provide electronic voting platform for shareholder meetings starting October 2026
19-Oct-2026, 04:17

Shareholders will be able to vote electronically on resolutions at the Extraordinary General Meeting beginning October 19, 2026, through a system provided by CDSL (Central Depository Services (India) Limited). Most shareholders can access the e-voting platform via https://www.evotingindia.com/, where first-time users will create a password using their PAN, dividend bank details, or date of birth, or Member ID/Folio Number if those details are unavailable. Alternatively, a link will be provided on the company's website. Physical shareholders must provide specific details to the company or Registrar and Transfer Agent, while demat shareholders need to update their email and mobile number with their Depository Participant. Non-individual shareholders must register on the CDSL platform and upload a Board Resolution. For assistance, contact the CDSL e-voting helpdesk at helpdesk.evoting@cdslindia.com or 1800 21 09911.
