Aris International appoints Hemant Kumar and Kunal Khaitan as independent directors

Aris International Limited announced the appointment of Ms. Hemant Kumar and Mr. Kunal Khaitan as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors, effective October 16, 2026, for a period of five years, subject to member approval. Ms. Kumar, who previously served on the Board of Raigarh Trading Co. Limited, and Mr. Khaitan, a member of the Audit Committee of Central Cables Limited, were appointed based on recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
