Shreeji Shipping Global Limited, formerly Shreeji Shipping Global Private Limited, informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that it received a certificate under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, from Registrar and Share Transfer Agent Bigshare Services Private Limited, confirming that the regulation was not applicable to any member requests for rematerialisation during that period.
