Baazar Style Retail forms subsidiary for renewable energy, appoints new director

Baazar Style Retail Limited announced the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary, tentatively named "Sunright Private Limited" or "Sunlight Private Limited," to focus on solar power generation and other renewable energy businesses. The company also approved the appointment of Mrs. Binata Sengupta as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of three years, and the allotment of 20,00,000 equity shares to Cupid Limited as part of a conversion of equity warrants.
