Prima Industries Limited reports the death of Chairman & Managing Director S K Gupta

Prima Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited that Mr. S K Gupta, Chairman & Managing Director of the company, died on October 13, 2026, according to a regulatory filing. The company stated that Mr. Gupta’s death is an irreparable loss and that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be convened following cremation rituals to appoint a Pro Tem Chairman. Mr. Gupta was also the Chairman & Managing Director of Prima Agro Limited.
