Nippon Life India to review financial results and potential dividend at October meeting

Nippon Life India Asset Management Limited will hold a board meeting on Thursday, October 22, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, and to consider a potential interim dividend declaration. The trading window for designated, immediate relatives, and connected persons will be closed from October 1, 2026, to October 24, 2026, inclusive.
