International Gemological Institute Limited confirmed that Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 is not applicable for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as all shares are held in dematerialized form and no rematerialization requests were processed during the period, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
