Mangalam Seeds confirms all shares dematerialized, complying with SEBI regulations

Mangalam Seeds Limited informed the BSE on October 14, 2026, that KFin Technologies Limited, its registrar and share transfer agent, confirmed that all shares of the company were in dematerialized form and no requests for rematerialization were received during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
