Nukleus Office Solutions Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for the company will be closed from August 24, 2026, until 48 hours after the conclusion of a scheduled board meeting on August 29, 2026, to consider and approve the Employee Stock Option Plan/Scheme, 2026 NUKLEUS OFFICE SOLUTIONS LIMITED ESOP Scheme -I 2026, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.
