Axis Bank’s stock option exercise boosts paid-up share capital by 92,708 equity shares

Axis Bank Limited announced on October 13, 2026, that it has allotted 92,708 equity shares of Rs 2 each pursuant to the exercise of stock options/units under its Employee Stock Option/Restricted Stock Unit Scheme, increasing the bank’s paid-up share capital from Rs 6,227,546,088 to Rs 6,227,731,504.
