Prevest Denpro confirms compliance with SEBI regulations for the quarter ended September 30, 2026

Prevest Denpro Limited informed the BSE Limited that the regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 is not applicable to the company for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as confirmed by Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd., due to all shares being held in demat form and no rematerialisation requests received.
