Hi-Tech Gears appeal hearing adjourned to November 6, 2026, by NCLAT

The Hi-Tech Gears Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has adjourned the hearing of Company Appeal (AT) (Ins) No. 1734 of 2024 to November 6, 2026, due to a lack of time, and has continued the interim stay on the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process initially granted on September 3, 2024. The appeal involves Naveen Jain, shareholder of The Hi-Tech Gears Ltd., as appellant versus Happy Forgings Ltd. and another as respondents.
