Autoriders International Limited increases borrowing limits and appoints HRU & Associates

Autoriders International Limited approved the appointment of M/s. HRU & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term starting April 1, 2026, and increased borrowing limits from Rs 100 crore to Rs 200 crore, the company said in a filing on Thursday. The board also re-designated Mrs. Maneka Vijay Mulchandani as Executive Director for a three-year period with an annual remuneration of up to Rs 50 lakh, and approved alterations to the Memorandum of Association to include renewable energy business activities.
