Universal Cables Limited, in a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. on October 6, 2026, confirmed that security certificates received for dematerialization during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, have been mutilated and cancelled, with the name of the depository substituted in its records, as certified by MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly known as Link Intime India Private Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.
